tcsh for BeOS

I've ported tcsh for BeOS. It seems to work, but not fully tested...

To compile, apply the patch and type make -f Makefile.std.

To compile, apply the patch and type make -f Makefile.std.
(I compiled it only for x86 with gcc, because it exceeds 64kB limit...)
